What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis
- Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with Demoleap.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout onboarding.
- Lead the customer support effort.
- Work with customers to build their most valuable processes into Demoleap and ensure there is a clear end-user training plan to follow independently.
- Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product.
- Build, own, and execute client success and onboarding plans.
- Creative approaches to problem-solving.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 1.5+ years experience in a Project Management / Customer Success / Account Manager position - must.
- Full Professional Proficiency in English.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility
- Ability to work in a high volume environment.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
Advantage:
- Worked in a SaaS company in a customer-facing role.
- Software implementation background.
- Basic understanding of Web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS).
- Worked with Salesforce CRM.
